Kitchen Gadgets
It’s no secret that Keto can be time-consuming when it comes to making food. It doesn’t always have to be, there are many simple and quick keto-friendly meals that one can make. But, there is a level of convenience that people give up when they choose to follow a specific diet and Keto is no exception. When you can no longer pick up everything off a grocery store shelf and take it home to eat then you start to love the items in your kitchen that save you a bit of time or make your life easier.
Spiralizers are an excellent addition to Keto kitchens! Spiralizers make creating homemade noodles from Zucchini and other vegetables much faster and easier than trying to cut it all by hand. If your keto friend used to enjoy Alfredo and other pasta dishes then a spiralizer would make an excellent gift!
A good quality Food Processor can also make preparing vegetables much easier, many keto dishes call for riced cauliflower or mixing heavier ingredients like cream cheese. While it’s possible to do this all by hand – and it might even improve your arm’s muscle tone – most people just don’t have the time! Food processors make ricing and mixing ingredients much quicker. A mini waffle maker might we a good choice as well with the current hype over Chaffles!
Since many keto recipes also contain cheese or stickier dough a nice set of silicone baking mats, cups or tools can also be very handy in a keto kitchen and will fulfill your desire to give a useful, great gift without breaking the bank!. In a similar vein – everyone enjoys a great set of kitchen knives! How else are we supposed to slice up all those delicious keto meat dishes?
Keto Treats
Keto people seem to always be looking for a keto-friendly snack or treat that they can enjoy without worrying about going over on their carb limit. There are many Keto treats available online. If you really want to go over the top with your gift then Keto Krate might be of interest! you can get an idea of what your recipient might receive by checking out the Keto Krate review we did earlier this year. If you are looking for something a bit smaller you might check out Lily’s chocolate bars or this keto cereal which is delicious!
If you have always been someone who enjoys giving homemade gifts then don’t be afraid to try some Keto baking yourself! There are a variety of simple treats you could make and place in a cookie tin ranging from Keto Chocolate bark to Keto Chocolate chip cookies and even some Meringues! You can even create a Keto hot chocolate gift box containing keto-friendly ingredients like the ones in my Keto Hot Chocolate post.
If your recipient is a coffee or tea aficionado then gifts revolving around those are generally safe! Just stay away from cappuccino or other mixes as they tend to contain a lot of sugars.
Keto Cookbooks & Meal Ideas
Keto people tend to love trying new recipes. The great thing about keto is that while it might seem restrictive at first glance it is actually really versatile and we can enjoy meals that are filling and delicious. Trying new recipes can be a lot of fun! Cookbooks are always a great gift for people who enjoy baking or home cooking and thankfully there are quite a few great Keto versions on the market for you to choose from!
If you have a friend who enjoys home-cooked meals but doesn’t really have the time to shop and select all the specialized ingredients then you might consider looking into gifting them some of the meal kits that have keto options. While there are several keto subscription services already available many more are being offered all the time!
