Starting Keto can seem like a difficult task but it doesn’t have to be! For those of you who have been following along on the blog then you know I started Keto several months ago. Starting keto has made such a great impact on my life that I want to share it with everyone. This way of eating has brought so much energy and joy back into my life that I could never go back to living the way I was before.
As of this article, I have officially lost 41Ibs and dropped several sizes in clothing. While the weight loss is certainly nice that is only one of the benefits of Keto. Keto has given me more energy and mental focus. Starting Keto has allowed me to pursue hobbies that I would never have dreamed of only a few short months ago and given me a self-confidence I haven’t had in years. I like myself and I want you to like yourself too!
With that in mind, I have put together a quick and simple Keto Starter Pack. I will be giving this pack away for free to my email subscribers! What does the Keto Starter Pack Contain?
The Keto Starter Pack contains three separate sections.
The first is a Keto Conversion Chart. The chart will help you find keto friendly substitutes for everyday ingredients and sides. I find that people sometimes struggle to find substitutes for their favorite menu items or are unwilling to start Keto if it means giving up on certain parts of their diet. The conversion chart will help you navigate from your old diet to your new one without feeling like you are being restricted. Honestly, I have yet to find anything I used to eat that cannot be made in a Keto friendly manner with some research.
The second section of the Keto Starter Pack is a Basic Keto Shopping List. This list highlights the foods that I believe each Keto kitchen should keep on hand. The list includes ingredients that are often called for in Keto recipes and is broken down by grocery store departments for easy navigation. As with all shopping lists, this is only the start. There is plenty of room for your family to add to it as you discover recipes and ingredients you love!
Five Simple Keto Recipies is the third section. The recipes include both sides and full meals that will help you remake old favorites into new Keto friendly versions!
Is there anything else I should know about Starting Keto?
It is important to research any lifestyle change you want to make. Not every lifestyle is suitable for every person. However, I think Keto is pretty great and if you want some more information you can read my earlier post about it – Keep Calm and Keto On.

Wow – the change you made is amazing, I admire you because I know getting through that first few days when your body kick the habit of carbs can be challenging. I think the idea of your pack is brilliant because the struggle of “OK what do I eat now” is discouraging to some people.
